The Program

  • New Beginnings

  • Start your journey to a new you and invite your friends to take the challenge with you! The Program is designed to get you to your ideal body weight then stay there. Period.

  • Orientation

  • We kick the Program off with a Saturday Orientation. We will outline the program, do an evaluation including body composition and measurements, complete a metabolic questionnaire, and establish a fitness baseline.

  • Success Plan

  • Our coaches will help you every step of the way. Whether it is exercise or nutrition, meal planning, or motivation, our goal is your goal. Your success is our success. We are here for you!

    We will give you the knowledge and tactics to balance your metabolism and hormones. Over the 8-week program, what are now conscious choices will become your “way of life.” Food anxiety and cravings will become a thing of the past.


  • We will teach you how tasty and satisfying healthy nutrition can be. With lots of information, recipes and a fun, recipe-dinner contest, you will be amazed at the vast array of healthy food choices.


  • Our dedicated team of coaches will work with you both inside and outside of the gym to hold you accountable to reach your goals!

What is the Bio Balance Fat Loss for Life?
The Bio Balance Program is a 8-week fitness and fat-loss program. It combines the fat-burning and muscle-toning exercise of CrossFit with a nutritional program based on your individual metabolism. The emphasis of our program is to learn to exercise and eat in such a way as to positively affect our metabolism and balance our hormones.

Why would I choose this program?
Many programs will enable people to lose weight in the short term. Unfortunately, most gain the weight back in a very short time. The Bio Balance Program teaches people to understand how hormones affect their metabolism. The program teaches people how to be truly healthy and to have an ideal body weight for the rest of their lives.

I have some health issues. Can I really do this?
Definitely! Most everyone has previous injuries or health issues of some sort. All of the exercise can be scaled to the appropriate level for each individual. It’s what we do every day! You will find support, respect, and motivation here.

Should I invite others to do it with me?
Absolutely! Training with a friend or a relative always makes it more fun. Sharing the experience together and having an extra accountability partner is a recipe for success.

I’ve done other programs but I always gain the weight back. How is Bio Balance different?
Having a greater understanding of how hormones affect our metabolism is key. Having too much stress (exercise or otherwise) and a calorie deficit will result in Metabolic Compensation which is the weight gain rebound many experience. We will give you the knowledge and strategies to gain lean muscle, lose fat and more importantly, to maintain and ideal bodyweight for life.
